Newland Hotel By Ardens - Taman Pelangi provides an online platform for browsing information about our hotels and making room reservations.

• Viewing room types, facilities, and rates
• Checking room availability
• Making, modifying, and cancelling reservations (subject to applicable policies)
• Receiving booking confirmations and related notifications
• We do not issue, accumulate, or redeem virtual points, loyalty points, crypto assets, or any virtual currency through this Service.

Use of the Service

Use the Service lawfully and do not infringe on others’ ability to enjoy it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without notice if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Accuracy of Information & Room Availability

We aim to keep room details, rates, promotions, and availability current but cannot guarantee all information is error-free or real time.

• We may correct errors or inaccuracies (including after a reservation is submitted) and, if needed, cancel or amend a reservation with notice according to applicable policies
